How to Order

Recursos del Caribe, S.A. offers the following GIS products: ColombiaMap, CentralAmericaMap,  and GreaterAntillesMap. Each GIS product consists of a mineral occurrence database and a land status database; each GIS product is available in either MapInfo or ArcGIS format.

Recursos del Caribe, S.A. also offers related products such as a spreadsheet summary of the regulatory environment for each country and geochemical data collected by regional stream sediment surveys.

A number of products can be downloaded for free. Low resolution metallogenic maps and land status maps for the Caribbean Basin and for Colombia can be downloaded (for free) by clicking on the links (highlighted in red), below. These maps provide an example of the depth and coverage provided by RdC’s GIS products. An index of Caribbean Basin stream sediment surveys and pdf copies of Carl Nelson’s publications are also available for free download.
