Recursos del Caribe, S.A. is a consulting firm specializing in mineral exploration and
development throughout Central America and the Caribbean Basin. Carl E. Nelson, president, brings over twenty years of exploration experience to the company and, since 1987, has worked full time in the Caribbean Basin. Other members of the staff include Julio Caceres, general manager for Panama; Mauricio Lacerda, geologist; Abel Castillo, geologist; Saturnino Alvarado, technician; David Quintero, draftsman; and Nitzia Rodriguez, secretary.

Recursos del Caribe, S.A. does consulting work only; the company does not hold concessions
and does not explore on its own behalf. Recursos del Caribe is the only consulting firm
in the Caribbean Basin that can make this claim. Property evaluations are objective and
complete. We also do grass roots exploration and assist with the process of concession
application and approval, target definition, drill evaluation, and reserve estimation.
