Land
Status Database
The
Land Status Database plots mineral concessions and concession
applications for all of Central America and the Caribbean Basin along
with national parks, forest reserves, reservations, national
monuments, and other areas of restricted mineral entry.
Clicking on a concession
will call up associated
information including concession holder, concession status (reconnaissance,
exploration or exploitation; application or contract), contract date,
expiration date, and source of information.
